Warranty Period

All products purchased from this website are covered by a 12 month manufacturers warranty, in relation to defective materials or workmanship from the date that they are delivered to you, under which your products may be repaired or replaced free of charge by the manufacturer.

In the unlikely event that you experience a fault or defect with the products as a result of defective materials or workmanship, please contact the service center nearest to you as specified in the manufacturers literature accompanying the products.

Guarantee

Any Zippo lighter, when returned to Zippo factory, will be put in first class mechanical condition free of charge, for Zippo have yet to charge a cent for the repair of a Zippo lighter, regardless of age or condition.

The finish, however, is not guaranteed. This guarantee gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Price and Payment

Delivery

Any dates quoted for delivery of the products are approximate only, however, all goods would be delivered in Hong Kong about 14 days, in Taiwan & China about 16 days and in other countries about 20 days of acceptance of your order. If goods cannot be delivered about 21 days we will tell you and agree with you when the goods will be delivered.

All costs associated with the delivery as quoted by us are to be paid by you with the price of the goods.

If Zippolook.com fails to deliver the products for any reason other than any cause beyond Zippolook.com reasonable control or your fault, and Zippolook.com is accordingly liable to you, Zippolook.com liability shall be limited to the excess (if any) of the cost to you of similar goods to replace those not delivered over the price of the products.

Risk

Risk of damage to or loss of the products may pass to you at the time of delivery or, if you wrongfully fail to take delivery of the products, the time when Zippolook.com has tended delivery of the products.
